Hey guys. I'm going to write you folks a guide on how not to get suck with people who speak other languages, & it's actually very easy!
So let's say every other match you get paired with some Russian guys. This is terrible because they cannot speak to you, & you cannot speak to them. This leads to confusion. If you get paired with them, simply type this in the chat;
Я не говорю по-русски. Я буду называть только если они называют А или Б Hooy morzhovy
Now, just burn through the game till you get matched with people who speak your language.
Now play your game. Throughout, note who makes callouts, who has good aim, and who has good game sense. Compliment them throughout the game. Once the game ends, simply click their name(s), click "Steam Profile," & then click "add friend."
Now, if you have added them, simply invite them to your lobby. You now have a 20% less chance of having a russian on your team. GUARANTEED.
Simply repeat this process until you have a full squad que'd up. If none of your buddies are on to play, simply que by yourself, and every time you meet someone who is good, just add them. You'll get around 50 people in no time who are always down to play some CS.
