Coming into tonight's game, both teams had hours on hours of practice and were fully prepared, but only one would come out of it with the victory. The game began with a 8-0 Robot Records run to begin the first quarter, but the Nigerian Cunts would battle back. Rebound after rebound followed by easy layups gave the Nigerians a comfortable 26-16 lead at halftime. Kickflow richarded around and put on a sub-par halftime show while the two teams discussed their second half game plans. The 3rd quarter began with a Nigerian Cunts turn-over and it seemed to all go down hill from there. Robot Records held them scoreless for the first 3 minutes of the 3rd quarter while they racked up the points and came back from a 10 point defict. They topped it all off by scoring a 3-pointer to take a 1 point lead at the end of the 3rd quarter. The Robot Records continued to roll from there with Kingston and WALDO hitting every 3-pointer they shot. They combined for five 3-pointers and 15 points in the 4th quarter to secure their victory, winning the game 45-36.  The Robot Records face a tough test next round in the throwback game against the Reefers. We are looking for some new refs for the tournament, especially during the Round 2 game of the Reefers vs. Robot Records, which will take place this Tuesday at 9:30 PM EST. If you are interested in becoming one, send me a PM with your Steam name for more details. You must read the entire OP thoroughly, be dedicated to the tournament, and have some kind of basketball experience, for us to even consider you as a new ref. You will also go through a training period to make sure you know how to operate everything correctly.

Inian Tuna Catch defeats Bae&Bae 25-16! Renekar and Lewa subbed for Hanna and Germst, who were not present.
It was quite a dull game at first. Since Germst and Hanna failed to show up to their game, Renekar and Reborn Likes Ducks subbed for them. Inian Tuna Catch scored a good 8 points in the first quarter, while Bae&Bae scored none.  Before the 1st quarter ended, Reborn Likes Ducks ragequitted so Lewa came in to sub for him, he rejoined later and complained in Team chat how he sucked. The second quarter was a little more exciting when Bae&Bae finally got on the board, making the score at the half 11-4. Bae&Bae came back in the 3rd quarter and the score came up to 20-16 near the middle of the 4th. Inian Tuna Catch made their final stand with back to back steals taking their victory 25-16.

Since Germst and Hanna didn't show up for their game today and didn't say anything to me of not being able to make it, they are now blacklisted from the tournament.

The last Round 1 game is this Sunday at 5:00 PM EST! It will be The Tripping Dribblers against the Carbellions!
