Because school and busy life that's why it's taking so freaking long to release it. There isn't enough time in the day. I had no time to release it this weekend because there was no time because I was busy!!
Some people just don't get it sometimes.
I do get it, I make vehicles. All I have to do is paste it in my dropbox and then provide a link. It takes about as long as it took to write this response.
But then, that's without images, or an interesting-looking thread, or a video. Sorry for the snarkiness, the 8th was not a good day.
I do understand not being able to do the things you want to do when there are too many things going on. In fact, that's exactly what I was experiencing to make me so hostile.
But now I shall try to be constructive!
There are a few problems which would be slightly annoying but probably not too difficult to fix:
The hands are too small. They should be scaled to about 1.2 of their current size. They're also a bit farther forward than the blockhead's "arm" would allow.

The wheels aren't radially symmetric, so they appear to wobble (hint: open both of these images in new tabs, and then switch between the tabs)

To make a perfectly symmetrical wheel, (if you're using Blender), you need to make just one wedge of the wheel, then use the Array modifier, and transform it relative to an empty, rotated shape. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'd be glad to help you with it.
Lastly, (and this is something Filipe has also been doing), you're using my flares incorrectly.

The flares don't have a square shape just because they're related to headlights. If the flare is just a flat shape, you should use the default, round flare texture.
The reason I made this square flare is because the crown victoria actually has an extruded rectangle for the texture to be applied to:

When the light is round, the flare should be round.
