You can host a teamspeak server with 600+ slots.  Plus the hosting you use is only limited to 400.  Also want to point out 100 slots is 30 bucks, not 130.  PLUS you don't need to pay anything for a teamspeak, you can get your own domain easily as Fiscon pointed out.

it should be based off it's community and its features

I'm sorry, but that wasn't the point of stating my limit. When you purchase a TS3 plan you pay a price for a max amount of clients. The reason I told him my limit was to state that, I can have 512, but still pay 0.00$. Does that make the meaning behind it more clear? Sorry for the misunderstanding.
