haha guys remember the last time business owners were allowed to discriminate??
oh...yeah...

Nobody should have to fear for their job, and by extension, their famiy's well-being, because they could be fired at any moment simply for having a trait they can't help having.
Let's look at it logically
1. People are harmed by discrimination.
2. People are not harmed by a lack of discrimination
Therefore, the most ethical decision to prevent the most people from being harmed is to not allow discrimination
So an owner of a business has no control how that business is run?

It's not any own business owner's job to put food on your table, if they were going to fire you, they wouldn't have hired you in the first place. If you do good enough work no one will give a stuff if you're gay or whatever else.

How can a person show what worth they are to the job if they can't get the loving job because they're gay in the first place? Literally this is the whole point were making.

Obviously such standards will vary from place to place, but generally if someone is making a company a lot of money, they will be kept, if they're not, they're first on the chopping block.

Business owners that do not follow this idea are at an economic disadvantage, as they are literally throwing away money for irrational beliefs. The free market does not favor discrimination.

If I was a Jewish store owner I wouldn't want a neo-national socialist working for me. If I was black I wouldn't want some from the kool kids klub working for me.

Also I am not a full white and I don't want people to know that.

They keep it a secret, and then later get outed. This is what they fear, the consequences following if someone finds out and tells others.

There are people bigoted enough to disown their own children because of their loveuality

Are you honestly comparing loveuality (which can't be chosen) to a loving hate group (which people choose to participate in)? Why do you think this is a valid comparison?
If an employee is actually a neo-national socialist or kool kids klub member and are committing discriminatory acts, then you do have a right to fire them

if they don't support who you are who's to say they'd hire you in the first place and know that you are giving them a lot of money

HOW THE forget DOES THAT CORRELATE TO SOMEONE WHO'S GAY WORKING FOR AN ESTABLISHMENT. OH MY GOD. You act like gay people are just gonna cause a WHOLE lotta trouble. They just want to mongle EVERYONES richard, YEAH!

They'd be hurting their bussniess doing so. If they really care that much about their beliefs then maybe it's best not to work for that person anyway. As previously said, they don't have an obligation to provide you with a job.

Bottom line is that irrational discrimination hurts everyone involved and therefore will be weeded out eventually on its own. No need to get the government involved.

Maybe it's cause I don't live deep in the south but I don't know a whole lot of people who hate gays so much that they'd be willing to waste potential money just to get rid of one.

I don't think gays are problem, where did I say that? It correlates to the subject of minorities and store owner rights.

You remind me of myself. When I get angry because I feel like people don't understand me, I will just block everything out and start doing things like jumping to conclusions, assuming things, putting words into people's mouth, misinterpreting posts.

Because if gays can get protection, the right-wing extremists will argue for protection too and look at this:
