It kinda sucks that you can't actually build something without literally everyone seeing (due to how empty the maps are). I would love to build a base, a ship, etc without anyone noticing and then attack other ships/bases. That's literally impossible without everyone seeing it coming a mile away.

In fact if you were playing this way it'd become a race to who can get weapons on a ship first and then that person alone can beat everyone on the server.

That's why I really hope they either make REALLY big asteroids or planets. It'd also be cool to have a need for ground vehicles too. (Not to mention things with natural gravity)

Actually, even on the highest settings, a station with no beacon is still hard to find if it's decently far away from the asteroids.
The problem is that they have to be decently far away from the asteroids. Have fun going on mining trips. You either leave your beacon on and become vulnerable, or leave it off, manage to forget up your orientation, and suddenly you lost your station.

I've always been curious if eventually they are going to make it so that more asteroids do spawn as you fly out from the spawn. I see some maps do have separate locations like 20,000m apart and i wonder if they spawned in like that or people discovered them because when i start a new map, they are always bunched up.

Is there an easier way to build other than using jetpacks? It's very annoying having to make minor adjustments to your character so that he doesnt fly off while building.

I hate when players join and speed up to like 70km before their energy runs out and then they become loving bullets to your station.
Literally, I'm sitting there working on more tugs when I hear a crash and find a yellow rescue ship in one of the halls of my station, followed
by: "Sorry, couldn't stop gtg"
