Windows 8 has arm compatible builds. Odds are your tablet has arm processors.I know debian has arm builds as well as arm compatible packages. I bet there are more for arch than you might think.
But debian makes me cringe. And also, what happens if I install a program that's not ARM compatible? Will it just not start?
You and your monitors.
I'm getting a 4thwell, its going to be used as a tv
http://archlinuxarm.org/Though, I've gotta mention, none of the packages will work because they're all compiled for x86(-64) computers. The only thing I know about that link is that it's the first result from my google search of "arch linux ARM"
Arch Linux ARM has its own packages that are compiled for ARM devices. I've used it before on my Raspberry Pi
So, wait. It has it's own repos for packages that are ARM compatible? And if so, how many packages are available? Am I just going to have a tablet that I can't have a whole bunch of things on?
