Not sure how the law is in the US but here, threatening an officer will give him the freedom to KoS. Having a firearm without the papers will get you detained. Aiming at an officer whether the weapon isn't armed or ammoless will give the officers the freedom to incapacitate you but accidents do occur...

The cops are literally handicapped because they yelled at him to get on the ground 2 seconds after they flashbanged him. The entire loving point of a flashbang is to mess up the suspect's hearing and sight for a relatively long period of time.
