You're supposed to use raycasted water bricks or modter bricks that looks like water so you can get this.

Actual water vehicles are very glitchy and terrible to turn, and bot vehicles to use on water are boring, so this is the best result we could get.

can't remember exactly but I believe it tilted the player less
