In anticipation of the upcoming Arstotzkan return on Elewyn Eternity, I have refitted the Sunrise with stronger systems across the board as well as aesthetic changes to the ship. The turrets are more powerful now too.

yeah, nowadays all the higher-ups that used to be real close with the community have formed their own elite circle and for the most part, shut themselves out from the community. and when they do pop up to talk to the community its either "hey guys hope you like this cool stuff we made" or "screw all of you we are going to ban you if you do not like our very strict rules"

i used to be one of them, but i walked out when the elitist clique bullcrap started developing with the arrival of people like duke and andyp. no offense to those guys, they are cool but its when those guys started showing up out of nowhere that things started to go south.

schema is still the wonderful nice guy he has always been, and he is the only member of SCHINE that i have considerable respect for. oh, and kupu and andyp too.

So Arstotzka's going to be revived on the /very/ active and populated Elwyn Eternity server.

I'm going to be a little more stringent on membership because there are some duties that everyone needs to participate in.

• AT LEAST 2 hours of mining a week. This time may be lowered as we gain more members. The fact of the matter is that in order to maintain an open warehouse that everyone can take from, we need to have members contribute to our reserves.
• If not contributing to mining, have some other useful task that you are regularly carrying out for the faction.
• The public warehouse is open for members to pursue personal projects. However, there will be a private warehouse that is reserved for construction of faction vessels.
• There will be two sets of docks at base; one for factional ships that fit with the aesthetic of the empire, and one for personal projects.
• MOST IMPORTANT: Do not start a titan-class ship using either the public or faction stores without permission. Otherwise, you may end up sucking up all the resources for a single project.
