Its best to avoid fights. Imo I don't think this game is really designed well for fights. Its still in alpha, but the future is not looking bright for massive fleets without "The server doesn't answer, please contact an admin or send a crash report" Every 5 seconds.

I've never had this issue. However I do agree that fighting could be a tad easier if they buffed up the lasers or something. right now the only things I've seen that do incredible damage are the rockets.

Schema has stated that there will be some server stability/optimization fixes before the new GUI

you don't really have to be creative/know anything. Just need to know someone who is so they can give you a ship to pilot, or who can teach you some basic ship-building principles. I was in the same boat.

We changed name for a couple of reasons, planr quit for reasons and made a new faction with the same name to piss everyone off, and I don't exactly know what happened with sev other than that I'm partially responsible.


I'm also not very motivated ot play since the server is dying courtesy of skeemer's annual loving break in january.
