ugh I main ganon in pm but in all other games I just hate playing as him, I really wish nintendo would look more at these "fan fixes" that things like PM and Brawl + do, I want more than just a CF clone when I play, I dont want Ganon's whole fighting concept to go away though, which leads me to the point I made a while ago, introduce a new character *cough cough black shadow cough cough* and give them ganon's move set, change up ganon's and there we go.

i have adressed this issue

you cannot make ganon a different character
you cannot change the ganon
you only add hyrule warriors ganon

also the skeleton racer would be 100% cooler then batman

And I'm 99% sure that hyrule warriors ganon would be only fitting as a dlc character as it would initially urk the players that's there are two ganons, now you could pull the whole toon link/young link argument but you know, whatever.

EDIT: It could give Ganondorf a better representation of the character, it could also bring a new type of sword fighter, through smash history, there has not been a dual wielding sword fighter. It would be great for Ganondorf players as of right now, Ganondorf is only a heavier, slightly different, Captain Falcon.

you could make ganons moves look different but outright changing them is not a good idea
i haven't seen any character be completely changed between smash games, ganondorf has slowly changed from when was put in (in melee he was basically a clone and in sm4sh he's not) to the point of being a good, original character
