kimon i think you're an okay guy but my biggest problem with you is that you put a lot of effort into finding sjw-related stuff to complain about, even if you don't really care about the subject. i don't like the majority of sjws because they're really hostile but i don't go out of my way to search for those blogs just so i can complain about them. it's stupid.

The point is that it's a bad thing to randomly change an already written and established character's race or gender inexplicably.

Part of making a good character is consistency.

With that said, most of these character "race/gender changes" are actually entirely new characters. Whether or not the characters are shoehorned in is up to the reader I guess :n

the first 2 green lantern character changes were white men.
All batman character changes are white men

They are completely different people with the same race and create an entire story for themselves.
Most character changes feature white men rather than minorities.

But other than that I agree.

for sjws, it's so they can seem like a nicer person while in reality they're not doing anything to fix any problems at all
for anti-sjws, it's basically the same thing
