Brief Bio: I started out by smoking pot in eight grade, and continuing to do so throughout high school. Every now and then I "migrated" towards other drugs, but always came back to pot. I've been arrested twice, once for public intoxication and possession of marijuana, and the second time only for possession of marijuana. It was all before my eighteenth birthday, so the records were expunged.
Recreational Drugs Used: Tobacco, Cannabis, LSD, LSA, Psilocybin, Cocaine, and DPH.
Favorite Recreational Drug: Cannabis. Definitely.
Least Favorite Recreational Drug: Cocaine.
Name: Dimethyltryptamine.
AKA: DMT.
Summary: Known as the "dream molecule," DMT is a chemical active in our brains during REM sleep and right before death. Now synthesized, it is widely popular for it's intense and short trips. Compared as LSD x100, DMT will give you a mind blowing trip that will only last around twenty minutes.
Effects:
POSITIVEshort duration
immersive experiences
intense open eye visuals and kaleidoscopic patterning
powerful "rushing" of sensation
radical perspective shifting
profound life-changing spiritual experiences
NEUTRALchange in perception of time
auditory hallucinations / sound distortions (buzzing)
colorshifting (for example red green and gold coloring to the whole world)
NEGATIVEoverly-intense experiences

fast onset and intensity can lead to problems if not prepared (dropped pipe, knocking things over, falling)
Usage: Usually smoked, or vaporized.
Legality: Scheduled as a Schedule I Hallucinogen by the U.S. Not legal.
Health: Chance of ego-loss and HPPD, as with any hallucinogen.
Availability: There are guides on how to make DMT all over the internet. It isn't that difficult.
