All hail our new pie overlord.
Harry Potter is a novel written 16 years ago, hardly comparable to a holy book that must have at least some truth to it
I don't see how it "must have some truth to it", please elaborate.
Mythological stories that come from a time when people ate dirt, and thought their tiny slice of the middle east was the entire world.
jesus cursed a fig tree because it wasnt growing any figs yet
We didn't forget about Greek mythology though. The reason people believe Christianity is that it inspires hope and science is just recently (last couple of hundred years) finding untrue things. And yes, there is some chance that the universe was created by a God/Supernatural being, but just because we don't know exactly what caused it does not mean that any God is real purely because of that fact. It's kind of like a cop-out
Even if is not meant to be literal, it contradicts itself A LOT. What the forget am I supposed to believe? Oh, and if you get it wrong, YOU BURN IN HELL FOR ETERNITY.Even if I believed, I wouldn't worship God ever lol.
Harry Potter isn't real. If it was, I would've gotten my Hogwarts letter by now.
Hogwarts is for British Wizards you would have gotten a letter to the American school which is not named as far as I know
