I was never actually scared of those.

still jumpscares, ruin the atmosphere

their build up is actually good and they fit in with the game

The jumpscares only happen when you die, by the way

Can someone explain to me why you cant just keep the door closed?
Like why the forget does keeping it close take up power?

It's to keep it from being a fire hazard

say the power goes out, doors are stuck down

then say someone accidentally spills gasoline all over the building, then tries to scare the gasoline away by playing at gasoline's one true phobia - an open flame

but why does it use power? is it constantly being forced closed? why not have a loving safety latch on the inside what the forget this bugs me as much as the main scare being jumpscares

also why the forget dont you just walk right the forget out, why would anyone even want to break into that place/why night security

The main scare isn't jumpscares

jumpscares are a lose condition

the main scare is paranoia, and the fact that you're very nearly helpless against these animatronics
