The Dark Matter Research is a success.  By manipulating it with a series of [REDACTED], it produces immense amounts of energy, more than is required to "mine" and isolate it.

I'd like the transmitting power, too.  Why would you make a cable from space to planet if you can fire lasers, or just use subspace transfer?  Plus, a cable would probably drag the disk down to the planet.  BC drones create a beam-based transfer system instead.  BC notifies all people on Terra Nova of no-fly zones where the energy beams are present.

You don't get it; Atenisia specifically believes that creating mines and then destroying them literally HURTS the planet; this is an idealogy that brought them to Terra Nova. Creating mines is fine, as long as it is necessary; destroying them with neglect is not.

No, we agreed on a 50-50 deal.  We each get the same benefits.  When I proposed this, I imagined a large cluster of beam transfer units on the back of the disk so that we could provide for multiple groups.  Anything behind the planet would require satellites with mirrors.

Also tell me more about the properties of the hives.

Atenisians find 106 hives within 100 miles of their new expansions.  BC is outraged at the terrible planning of the Atenisian government.

Atenisia tells BC to remove all Hives 200 miles away from all of its borders.

Atenisia expands 300 miles out in all from all sides.

Mining operations continue for now, but cannot ship the materials until Atenisia stops being stupid.

Reviewing the rather... silly notifications, Atenisia allows BC to keep the 106 Hives in the extra stretch of land as long as: 1) Atenisia has "estimated individual capabilities" of all of the members of each Hive, and 2) all Hives are publicly known to the public. Most of this land near the Hives would be farmland, any how.

Atenisia, having a..., let's say, "new", Department of Planet Care Head, hopes to respect BC's wishes of mining the Terra.

Hypnos base has constructed a huge project to create [REDACTED]. The project will drain much of the minerals that Asteroid belt 2's mining station has dug up.

EDIT: The Hypnos station also launches a carrier to Hypnos ground. The base is set and planet is being researched
