Why do all your generals have Arabic sounding names when they're Franks?  Islam != Arabic.

Avalonia determines that once things are back to their previous condition, or close to it, efforts will be made to appease Ormica, and possibly retake parts of South Calzone.  In the meantime, Ormica is offered the opportunity to send a representative to the Council, like it had before the rebellion, so that relations between the two nations may be improved.

In the meanwhile, the promised reforms are coming to bear.  A system of judges and courts is being formed to handle local issues, while a Grand Court is being assembled to determine matters of greater importance.  Code Law, as opposed to common law, is being put into effect.  The law code is being rewritten to incorporate useful features form Geranian, Espulian, Avalonian, and even Ormican law, as well as some features from Plexia's system.
Meanwhile, efforts are being made to restandardize the military and incorporate Espul and Geran's existing forces into Avalonia's 10s system and make it better equipped and more along the lines of what Avalonia has used.  A general draft comes into effect requiring all males 20 to 35 to monthly participate in basic military training and be paid a stipend for their time, in accordance with Espul's model.  Loyalty oaths are enforced.
Meanwhile (last one, I promise), in the political arena, efforts are made to ensure the total loyalty of members to the true government, so as to render political support for any future rebellions less likely, less strong, and more difficult.  General amnesty for participation in the rebellion is offered to any bureaucrats or soldiers under a certain rank, provided they return and swear their loyalty, and aid in efforts to reconstruct the nation.  It is announced that the Council will undergo structural changes.

Either because Galaumia is not the leader in his alliance, and these Generals belong to Irajinad (or maybe its surrounding states) or the Arabic culture has imposed itself strongly upon Galaumia.

The political system in the Islamic Empire are thus:

The leader in the empire for its superior army and technology.

This State joined without opposition, and followed Irajinad without hesitation.

Holy Honorable Emirate of Haman
Also agreed to act without hesitation.  Since it is the birthplace of Islam, it is considered the spiritual authority for the Muslim people worldwide.

Honorable Emirate of Galaumia
Galaumia, over time became more and more influenced by Islam, and eventually joined and reformed itself willingly for the benefit of the empire.

However, once allied, the emirates of Banishira and the Bequelans have opted out of the Islamic Empire due to a general disapproval of the new Muslim way.  However, as time has passed, the nations have gained an increasingly Muslim population.



An Ormican representative arrives at Avalonia, and notifies them that their proposition is denied.  They say that proper favor is gained by offering up interests and goods in trade first, that allies are borne out of friends, not simply assets.  He says that it would be more wise to ascertain that the interests of Avalonia and its provinces align before it further diplomatic relationship, in lieu of its recent revolution.

In other news, Marivan prospectors find a large source of salt underground.  A private trade sector between South Calzone and Marivus booms.

Additionally, Cassians in Avalonia become more clever and begin to make a complex system of code to speak with one another, using a variety of hand signals, signals by torches and lamps, and by spoken or written code.  Reorganization within the local diocese occurs, and the new bishop promises "sweeping reform."

Jae Sun Bao stands in Haman amidst a large crowd in silence for seven days. During this time word was spread around the region of the strange man, allowing his persuiters insight as to his location.

On the eighth day at dawn as the men were beginning to surround the city Jae Sun Bao began to speak to the crowd about their duty to free themselves from oppressors, as only by being truely free should one be able to fully act for the betterment of all. At this time he would be further unable to fulfill his promise to the will of Bao, but promised he would return to ensure that all may be free. At this point the Bao burst into purple flame and by the time the men arrived to apprehend him all that remained was a smoldering pile beneath his ornate cloak which had miraculously remained untarnished.

Request on status of negotiation fleet

Remember that South Calzone is religious zealot revolutionary anarchy right now, not an easy place to do business.

The ships sent to negotiate with the invading fleet meet with a diminished force.  Atensia's exploits caused many ships to be turned back, and a sudden change of heart on the part of the Albitonic Emperor has caused him to withdraw resources form this to aid the ailing Western Albitonic States.  Albiton's ships demand a ransom to be paid for Espovon to be free form attack.

Avalonia shrugs at Ormica's rejection and continues solidifying itself.  There will come a day.

The majority of Cassians left in Avalonia are those that have proven themselves loyal to the true government: the Council.  As was promised centuries ago, with the testing of loyalty comes the assurance that they are true patriots and faithful citizens.  Those that remain are welcome into the political and military spheres, although efforts are made to ensure that Cassians are spread out and won't be able to do anything tricksy if they wanted.  There is still considerable distrust of the Cassian Church, and foreign Cassians aren't especially welcome in the New Union, but the Cassians are considered loyal enough now that most of the ones that supported the dictator had their property seized and are exiled to South Calzone.  The Order of the Golden Lion still does not allow Cassians into its ranks, but the government has no control over that, the Order is its own thing.

To better facilitate the efficient excavation of the region, the worker camp located nearest the cave that the Academy of Kai is being built at in the northern Navaro territory, beings receiving materials to establish a more official city there.

It is anticipated this city would also function to house the attendees of the academy as well and a significant degree of planning the city is had at the insistence of the Navaro tribe, in order to facilitate the cutting in as little forest as possible to maintain the ecosystem of the region.

The settlement is given the name Roussa in honor of the current Bao.

At a festival celebrating the will of Bao, a young lad by the name of Won Ping interrupted a speech by the great Roussaeu Bao to inform him that Jae Sun Bao had  perished and speaking to him of the uncharred cloak of the deceased prophet with a story of the man's speech. He had journeyed all the way from Haman to deliver this message for it was clear to him that Jae Sun Bao had intended all to hear it.

Roussaeu Bao saw great wisdom in this youth, granting him the title of Tei for his service in faith and asked the boy to join him as his Disciple, but warned him that there are many truths and one shouldn't be as hasty as Jae Sun Bao had proven to be, should the boy show the courage of Jae Sun and the patience of Roussaeu, he would be a great Bao himself.

Wereu isn't labeled.  In the next update it will be, and all NPC names will be 11pt as opposed to 10pt.
Other than that I think it should be fine.

Atenisia redirects it attention to bribing/smooth talking west Albitonic princes/whoeverisrulingthewesternstates.

Many Tei arrive in Agoria and Varansk preaching the will of the Bao and the benefit it may bring to those whom follow it.

In Agoria they tailor their messages more in terms of parables frequently described by Mahowaeaens relating to the sea and how the effects in one part move the fish throughout, many Tei settle in amongst the villagers where they get along and begin trading in tactics of sailing and lore.

In Varansk they are less welcome initially with their messages of duty but soon tailor their speeches to those more inspired by concepts of forgiveness and repentance, and focus on the process of showing the benefits of cohesion and unity, if for nothing more but the mutual benefit it provides.

The Council itself undergoes reform.  Rather than the former setup, there is a chairman, as always was, but the Council, renamed the High Command, is now made up of one military leader, one civil leader, one technological expert, one economic expert, one member of Avalonia's oldest families, and representatives form the New Union's provinces which must be confirmed by the High Command.  Province Representatives are appointed in the same way that they always were.

The Britonic States and Espul appoint their Kings to the Representative position, Plexia appoints a wealthy veteran involved in the Plexian Reunification, Geran appoints a well known and respected man who is son to a man who lost everything fighting against the dictatorship, but regained much through acumen and honor, and Avalonia appoints a man widely believed to be a key figure in the Order of the Golden Lion.
