There is a call for the remainder of the populace at Ru'sha to travel to Daijoua or other areas in the Ru'sh Naal union and join their former nation once more, however given similarities between governing styles, many are hesitant to make the journey when they have built their lives in the city, and as long as they pledge faith to Bao, as most of them already do, they wouldn't be hassled by their new Wereuan Leader.
Tei dispatched to surrounding nations have been unable to locate Roussaeu and the search begins for a new Bao, many of the Tei nominate themselves for the position, however it is not seen as an elected title and most of these Tei recieve little recognition by the general populace, outside of their political influence.
During the construction of the Navaro Kai, the Tei lobby for an expanded wing to allow the joining of the previously seperate Cult of Bao and Academy of Kai, as they say that previously the seperation between philosophy and the sciences caused great neglect on the well being of the populace.
The cult is renamed into the Academy of Bao, and more directed lesson plans discorsing the concepts of civil management, order, and balance were chosen as the first schools for this new academy.
At the same time the Academy of Kai lobbied for a union of all the schools under one roof. The agreed upon plan would result in the largest public institution known to man, however the plans being under construction seem to take ages, due to much of the available labor for now being focused on rebuilding the damaged cities and farms.
It was decided that as the school would be under development for such a period, whatever buildings were finished would be used, and the remaining classes to be taught at various Navaro and Titchwak tribal villages, with large ceremony spaces being converted to open-air lecture pavillions, further inviting the populace to partake in the studies at the time.
