Garen gets tons of free resists, and if you know how to play him and run ms quints, you have stupid mobility and are impossible to gank. If someone knows how to play against darius, they'll just gank him early when he doesn't have dunk because Darius will either have to blow flash or die.

garen and darius both lack gab closers
darius has better cc with his e while garen only has single target silence with his q
garens ult is an execute that scales with missing health, darius' ult deals true damage and has a reset that allows you to use it multiple times in a row if you secure a kill with it
garens passive is crazy health regen when out of combat so he can pop in and out of the front line in prolonged teamfights
darius needs to stack his passive on enemies to gain the movement speed and additional damage to his ult

imo darius is the stronger one of these champs in the current meta
garen is just so easy to play around, it really shows that he is a super old champ with an outdated kit that cant match the high mobility cc  heavy new champs that are coming out now

it might just be that players on LAN are salty, but when I duo with my friend and camp his lane, people flame their team in all chat. The same thing happens when I play ap poppy and 1 hit their carries. Sometimes they leave, too.

what's the ping difference from na to lan? I'm in Michigan I'm guessing I would have higher ping if I moved over but how much lower is your ping to make it worth being with people that don't speak much english

Most people speak a bit of english, and I speak a bit of spanish, but it's 40 ping compared to 120, so it's definitely worth for me, being on the East Coast.
