I'll be honest, I really don't like Ekko. He just feels like a mashup of Orianna and Zil. His only new thing is the little trail and how it affects his ult which is basically just flash, heal, shockwave without a knock back.
This doesn't make him any less fun to play or any less powerful. The biggest problem is that he suffers from an oversaturated kit. A burst, a slow, a speed up, a twice hitting ability, a damage boost, a slow, a stun, a shield, a dash, a blink, a nuke, a blink, and a heal.
