Some riot dude said that a sandbox mode would add another layer of toxicity or some stuff. Like people would be insulted and told "you suck, go back to sandbox mode." Now for damage control another Riot dude said that a sandbox mode wouldn't be bad, but it isn't a priority.

Maybe if the tribunal was fixed, we wouldnt have to worry too much about toxicity in the first place...Sandbox mode sounds fun IMO, it'd be great for testing out certain builds without having to play bots/norms for 30+ minutes.
