...and by hardmode I mean unfair as forget mode.

Is there any way to change key bindings for vanilla isaac? The game becomes very hard sometimes and I take damage that I shouldn't because of ghosting. And using the mouse is annoying.

Beat Moms heart on hardmode with Ipecac
jesus forget that boss fight takes wayy too loving long
even with Book of Belial+Ipecac damage her health bar barely dropped per hit.

The eternal life achievement has to be bugged or some stuff because I know I got more than 10 health upgrades from eternal hearts in a run and I still didn't get it

original isaac is ezpz

I'm just really glad steam saved my isaac file to the cloud because I never bothered to transfer it over to my new pc since I assumed I wouldn't need it anymore
