i really dont know why you think you are that important to me
well, you did lock the thread with the sole intention of proving literally everyone else wrong

at this point i think this discussion is just a waiting game for definite evidence
Sadly, I doubt it's going to come around.
Whatever could be picked at has been it seems. It's like a jigsaw puzzle with a quarter of the pieces missing or with the images peeled off.

i locked it because of how fast it was going, and that i did not have time to actually talk to people who knew what they were talking about with this going on.

Kimon's avatar is hilariously appropriate right now

I think he chose it ironically

it changed from whatever it was before to the dog thing during his drama

i agree, i think the main reason there's such a big controversy is because of the gaps that we can only fill in with interpretation

why are you guys overreacting so much the topic slowed down if anything

i picked it because people wouldnt shut up about what my previous avatar was so i was like "ok ill do this dog"

I don't see why you wouldn't wait for definite evidence before you try to trial someone for murder
Wtf even

a.k.a. cherry picking

Nope, you don't know what this means. What I removed was irrelevant to the point I was making. You can't just fill up your posts with tons of irrelevant passive aggressive sarcastic garbage and then cry foul when someone bypasses it.

did you read my post? (no) because i did in fact mention both sides of the story with every single piece of evidence i brought up

You have piled up tons of neutral evidence and accompanied them with your bias loaded pet theories. This is conjecture, this does not constitute legitimate proof.

yeah i guess that's reasonable, but i still dont think we should give up on trying to indict him, because there definitely is some evidence. there are usually a couple of cases that start out with no damning evidence that the killer is guilty, but there is evidence that usually leads to more evidence.

the post you cherrypicked had nothing "sarcastic" or "passive aggressive" in it (i mean i wrote it to avoid that) and you used that quote in an ENTIRELY different context than the original post.

if that's true then why are you so dead set on proving that it was murder, if you yourself do not know

It's only cherrypicking if you're ignoring contradictory data/information. Removing unnecessary filler isn't cherrypicking.

All the evidence supplied so far seems to be completely neutral, and can be contested by conjecture from both sides. It's not enough to send someone to trial on.

itt: kimon grabs random images and "evidence" off tumblr and says "HA! CHECKMATE!" instead of thinking about what happened on his own and making a rational thought. also making random insults and replying only to the parts of posts that are convenient to him i.e the parts that dont pertain to the case or the evidence provided

My personal view is that if an average citizen shot someone without self-defense being painfully evident, they'd get sent to trial immediately. Maybe not convicted, but at least tried for murder or homicide.
