They were at the bottom of the sea and they were caught in nets and turned into sushi which someone ate.

the someone turned out to be Bob.
This actually occured in that when jeff teleported out of the Game Boy into the swiss alps, he actually teleported back in time to a year before Bob's death and thus Bob is our character again and technically can not die because it would undo everything that has been done so far and thus undo his death at this point as well so in order to avoid the laws of physics saying "NO FU" Bob will not die for a year.

I should be more specific to say that it is a year before he got hsi bicicle and rode it to start off the story

Bob was now a zombie  with an attacked lazer cannon and anti-crowbar armor which was also propane tank resistant.

And then an Ion Cannon hit a big Tiberium deposit, spreading it all over the world.

Carry (new person) hides in a phone booth just in time to escape the blast.

The Tiberium slowly with it's self growing ability made its way through a crack in the phone booth and killed Carry, while a person in a radioactive suit watches and drinks a beer within his suit.

All of the tiberium turns into marshmallows.

...and then the person in the radioactive suit walks out of a door and dies of a heart attack
Then the corpse turns into mama luigi and starts shootling lazors at everybody in the world by saying "mah boy"
