From what I've read online, GameStop is the best place to find him. It's where I found both of mine.

First Mega Man was a hold during the ice storm. It was the last one they had, box was damaged. Added it to my out of box collection. Second one I got yesterday, also a hold after calling several GameStops. During today's hunt for Yoshi, I did find a few Mega Man at a Toys R Us though.

And yes - I actually had to hunt for Yoshi. If you want him, now's the time to grab him.
