let's start this in the morning or something i'm tired af

"If you've brought rocket pods, fire them when you drop any bombs or fire any missiles. Use them like flares but for your proper armament. Atleast, that's my two cents."

"I suggest we form teams and attack it from varying angles. If their AA tries to focus on anyone, it'll mean everyone else can get away with their attack, and if the AA tries to take each plane on, I'd say we stand a chance."

"Speaking of which... how heavily can COMRO be used until it runs out?"

: Sounds like a plan. I'll take my team and knock out its escort, our planes will be able to hold up against the full defensive screen better than yours.

: We're no Aesthian AWACS but we've probably got enough to take out those ships.

"I've got heavy bombs if anyone's willing to attack it with me."

You're all loving screwed.

You overwhelm PD computers with mass AShM fire, not dummy bombs like it's 1935. You're going against a ship with Laser PD, Gun-based PD, and probably even missile PD too. You're all going to die before you even enter visual range.

pic related it's u when u all die horribly because of handicapped loadout choices

rip mjolnir flight 4914-4914

"Who the forget would use a torcreep? What are we in 4832? forgetin' torcreepes. Ever heard of a missile?"
says the dipstuff with /six/ unguided bombs

be nice
pls no bully

it's also true that we're in a world where aircraft like the A-10 or the F-16 are considered modern enough to be used on the front lines

Yeah I won't be able to post that well on mobile. We won't be able to do a saturation attack to destroy the radar arrays or weapons from a safe distance if you're using bombs. I'd probably fire the rockets off using the radar to fire them off in the general direction of the ship to draw away their fire so that someone else hits the damn thing. Extra points if the rockets have warheads containing smoke that interferes with electronic signals, but that's unlikely.

He's right about UGBs not being the bestest decision, though. And that gif does provide an accurate depiction of how much PD there is. Only here it's actual laser beams instead of red tracers. It'll be like bombing a rave party.

I don't like to play favorites but out of everyone here, you and zombi were the most prepared.

Anyway, because I actually really need to be keeping track of your munitions and structural integrity this time, I whipped this thing up. Might use it for other missions but so far we've been good about keeping track of ordnance.

Another one is coming up for the ship, because I'm gonna need to keep track of how many hardpoints you're blowing up.
theres the ship

"I'm starting to think I should have packed more rocket pods."

"At least you have them, and some missiles; unlike Oxide..." Bell gives an audible sigh at the end of her statement.

"We have two options, we can take out their anti-air emplacements and attack their anti-ship weapons later, or we can go for their anti-ship weapons first."
She flips the master-arms switch in her roosterpit.

"I would prefer that we go with the first, though."
