I fire a single HSM at the drone and then dive to avoid the head on collision.

I turn towards sabre two and fire off three short aimed bursts while acquiring a RGM lock

we tried, the player was just poopybutt garbage
i even accidentally messaged cypher in the middle of it, he's a witness

Also all y'all brothers are dumb for not getting it

I had a hunch but talgo has been spelling out for y'all pretty clearly

what the heck is MOVY

Richard, slowly succumbing to the power of the jam, experiences difficulty lining up for a P3 shot on the AWACS. It takes an entire three seconds for him to realize that rhythmic head-bobbing is not conducive to steady movement as required for tracking, yet he fails to correct his behavior for another two seconds before he finally acquires the solution and releases a projectile. Searing hot plasma races towards the enemy craft, followed by a heatseeker.

"Guns and Fox 2 on the AWACS!"

afk until 1:30pst tomorrow

edit: whoops.

Jaakko releases chaff, and flies past the AWACS. He begins to circle around to come onto its tail. At nearly Mach two, the airframe shudders as it makes a large loop back onto the AWACS' tail. Jaakko tightens his core and legs to prevent himself from passing out.

Gus sticks on Sabre-1's tail, using the lift fan to aide him in banking left and staying with the Sabre. He opens up with another couple short RAC bursts and another HSM.

Bell sticks onto the Tukreb.

after having to sit through space mutiny i wouldn't know

"I only have so many flares, starfishs."
I drop enough flares to drop the missiles, turn towards the drones firing missiles, and counter with a heatseeker of my own against drone 10.
You expend the last of your missiles and pull off a high-G maneuver that leaves your HUD whining about stress damage and yourself almost passed out in order to fire on the drone that was tailing you. Drone 7 breaks off to avoid a collision.

You cripple the drone with the missile, leaving it falling out of the sky. (that head-on collision bit was meant to accompany zombiloin's opponent, i goofed up)

The Sabre pays no mind to your lasers or lock-on, continuing its charge towards Faw.

"Guns and Fox 2 on the AWACS!"
The plasma bolt strikes the AWACS in the aft section, tearing in one end and going out the other. The AWACS responds by deploying a package of flares and reducing both speed and altitude. Unfortunately, the jamming remains functional for the time being. Tukreb-4 wheels around and moves to engage you, letting loose a pair of All-Aspects as it comes around.

Jaakko releases chaff, and flies past the AWACS. He begins to circle around to come onto its tail. At nearly Mach two, the airframe shudders as it makes a large loop back onto the AWACS' tail. Jaakko tightens his core and legs to prevent himself from passing out.
The Tukreb chases you as best it can, sending a pair of Heatseekers after you as you begin your loop.

Gus sticks on Sabre-1's tail, using the lift fan to aide him in banking left and staying with the Sabre. He opens up with another couple short RAC bursts and another HSM.
The Heatseeker knocks out the engines of the enemy plane, leaving it to begin its descent into the sea below. Your lift fan, not being accustomed to being used in this manner, begins to voice its protest, as a warning pops up on your hud that this system is taking some damage (You may continue to use it like that, but you run the risk of breaking it and having to deal with a lecture from the PO'd mechanics that have to fix it).

Bell sticks onto the Tukreb.
The Tukreb continues to attempt evasive maneuvers, but to no avail. At the last moment, it tries to pop chaff, but it's too little, too late, and it gets slammed by the RGM. Drone 2 fires off its remaining heatseekers and moves to disengage from the fight.

More than half.

Gus notes with satisfaction the rapidly descending Sabre, billowing black smoke from the remains of its engines. Damn, I hope someone saw that, he thinks with a chuckle. He studies it for a moment longer, and then turns the F-35 around. He takes the brief lull in combat to check over his aircraft. Three HSMs gone, 1 remaining with two RGMs and two AAMs. As he turns around he considers his options. He can help Tourist with the Tukreb he's acquired, or help Crash and Sabre with the two stealth fighters they're dueling. Judging by the current pattern and Gus's inability to track them, he can assume they're Tukrebs as well. It's a tough choice; either potentially lose two COs or definitely lose a teammate. Without radio communication, he can't determine what the rest of his squad is doing.

He opts to save Tourist's ass. Completing the turn, he gives Tukreb-3 a radar lock, moving towards him slowly. Any faster and by the time the RGM nears he'll be unable to keep the enemy pilot tracked.
