Burellis calls for immediate closed-door discussion about the war in the north, whether to choose sides or stay out of it entirely.
It may not make dots under the text in every browser, but if you don't want to do that, you can see it when you quote it.
Burellis claims neutrality against any belligerent states in the north until DIMA Resolution No. 1 is processed, however, naval presence around Ft. Blackdome remains on guard. If any ship of the belligerent parties enters the waters of of Blackdome Admiralty Zone, they will be intercepted.
Burellis officially declares war on Wicherton. The southern fleet stationed at Einstadt to patrol around Wicherton quickly surrounds any Wichertian military ships, and within a few days, hunts them down and destroys them. Civilian ships, which are suspected to be armed, as gathered from the intelligence from the land front, are to be searched, seized, or destroyed.
Under the command of Gen. Alfred Weiss, heavy artillery loaded with explosive or kinetic shells, and light artillery loaded with grapeshot, should and militants pass the wall. Since the wall is still in construction or the mortar is not settled, the artillery raining down quickly allows room for forces to charge through in multiple locations.
Under Gen. Frederick Danner, forces charge in from the northwest, having paid off the landowners for keeping Burellian forces secret in this region. The combined forces, numbering 30,000 in all, begin to capture land, and also attack behind the dwindling wall defense.
Planted dissidents in Wicherton begin to spread propaganda in the cities, saying that their government has not properly defended their country by leaving a small military not even 0.025% of its population, and then by allowing untrained citizens to join the fight. Newspaper publishers are paid under the table to print papers declaring the massive Burellian victories in the north, and that due to the nature of the victories, it would be better if Wicherton would reopen negotiations.
