Author Topic: Pizzaria in my town raises $842k over gays rights debacle, reopens to full house  (Read 34902 times)

the reason dosnt matter.
its not more ok to discriminate for any other reason then another.

your "ok" discriminating isnt any more ok just because its more popular.
You can legally refuse service to someone if they present a threat to your or your customers' well being, or cause disruption to business.
It's like the same thing as "No shirt, no shoes, no service" signs you see at a lot of places. If you're not sufficiently clothed and it's making customers uncomfortable, you can be declined service. A group of kool kids klub members in full hood and robe eating at the restaurant would definitely cause discomfort and disrupt business

Let's compare that to homoloveuals though. Being gay isn't outwardly visible unless you're wearing some kind of rainbow-colored leotard and making out with dudes in the pizza place.

Likewise, let's say a pizzeria notices a kool kids klub membership card in a patron's wallet, is that being outwardly disruptive?

Just because the situation hasn't happened doesn't mean that the situation is okay... Discrimination is discrimination, they're being denied service because they're gay, that aint right yo. They can be upset if they want.
But the "they" doesn't exist. No one was discriminated against.
If they don't want to cater a gay wedding, they don't have to.
Not doing it because of religion is a dumb reason but if they don't want to do it then there's no reason they should.

a pizza place doesnt want to serve homoloveuals? clearly their tribal! its exactly like segregation and it HAS to be stopped!!!

jesus, comparing homoloveuality to race is like comparing skittles to gravy.

What's wrong with the comparison? Tons of homoloveuals have no control over their loveual orientation.

loveuality is something that any person can have, black, white or any other race, its not physical and im pretty sure any normal person would assume their friends rather than a couple, race on the other hand is physical and noticeable, and im 99% sure no restaurant or store asks for loveuality so they can buy things (including memories pizza), if they did that then told them they wont serve them then thats actually segregation (and in the actual segregation in the 60's it was "simpler" because they could just instantly notice who they where), just because they wont cater weddings like that doesn't make it segregation, not to mention, the pizza place just came out with a statement at the start saying "they dont hate them" and really they probably wont cater for financial reasons or other reasons

also, the only way a person would "have no control" over their loveuality is wanting to flaunt it everywhere and shove it down peoples throats (which ive never seen from any gay person), also you dont just "have a loveuality at birth", its influenced by growth over time.

and really they probably wont cater for financial reasons
what
this makes no sense
You do you realize they're being paid for the food, right?

also you dont just "have a loveuality at birth", its influenced by growth over time.
the exact cause of loveuality isn't fully understood by anyone

Absolutely none of what you said justifies making it legal to discriminate against homoloveuals.

I question your theories on loveuality on multiple levels. How do you know that people have control over their loveuality? Are you gay?

at last, the question "are you gay?" used seriously and legitimately in an argument
you've peaked, sandwich, it's all downhill from here

Wait what part of indiana.

You're implying that I'm wrong to ask that, but I don't see any explanation why?

I hope they burn the place down, then I could say rip in pepperonis

that's the only reason
