and there are limited amounts around the maps and when there is nothing left in the red boxes, you will subsequently die because of the zombies

and the fire zombie will flame you to deah..
and the smoker will get you and nobody will help you..

one of the most annoying things in R2D is that nobody will help you when you're about to die >:(

pills can heal you
if you get hurt they "mutate" and the temporary health stays as normal hp
essentially they're mini medkits
