not sure if I posted about this yet but anyway

excluding like 15 hours of PvP time, ive completed dark souls 3 fairly quick (to be fair I had jolly cooperation for most / all the bosses)

I /could/ do NG but i'd rather make a new save and minmax a PvP build, I find the Lucerne is AWESOME for pvp so that's going to be the focus

I don't speedrun games unless there is a trophy for it.
I like taking my time and doing everything.
so basically I'm better than you

I keep getting to grand archives and then restarting to do different builds auuuuuuugh I haven't beat the game still

Considering that the old dragonslayer is a cut and paste if orenstein from dark souls 1, it really tells you about the boss quality difference from the previous game. I highly recommend ds1 for its incredible replayability.

o lmao yeah i should play ds1 at some point

No one cares about speed runners these days. It's all about memorizing the shortest path with the least possible encounters. Boring.

True skill means fighting everyone you loving see. I loving put on the dried finger while trying to beat the level and I don't summon any help. That's how much challenge I want.

I beat ds2 in 8 hours the first time I beat it and I killed every boss

How much stuff did you miss out then bro? Did you kill optional bosses? Did you collect every item? Did you complete all sidequests?

Anyone can beat the game in under 8 hours, bro. I don't know why you think I should be impressed.

Also to anyone bitching why Dark Souls 2 is so hard is because it's the only game in the series that has the Dark Lord because Vendrick chose not to link the first flame.

its like something one of those stuffty edgy anime characters would say

and once again we are getting into that argument of "how I play the game is the only way people should play the game"

You spend the majority of your time in this thread bragging about how good you are at the game so i don't see why clownfish can't.

Anyone can speed run.

This game isn't CoD, I like slowing down just to look at the scenery once in awhile.

Anyone can speed run.
It still takes practice considering so only people with the patience to do it can. So that's not just anyone.

I'll be impressed if he beats the game in 8 hours in his first playthrough naked, no weapons and Soul level 1.

i don't get what this has to do with bologna enemy placement and gimmicky bosses

DS3 has pretty gimmicky bosses, yhorn and the two princes.
