I actually hate Brutal Doom because it's less of a Doom game than those loving MW2 mods they made for doom. It's too slow, executions in a fast-paced FPS are loving horrible, and all of the eye-candy is lowest common denominator trash.

Doom 4 took a lot of inspiration from Brutal Doom and it shows, especially with the executions and the attempts to douse it with (mediocre) blood and gore effects.

Stuck to games and actual gameplay. Don't like every single game but they're fun-looking games nonetheless.
