That's for the E3 show floor, they usually close it for the day around 5/6 PM PDT. Press conferences aren't held in that building.

Honestly I'm just waiting to see if Valve pops up. I would've heard about all of this at some other point from my subscriptions on youtube and my PC news sites.

EDIT: But it still is pretty cool for PC to finally get a spot at E3. Though I wish it was a bit more "Juicy" with Games/Details.
