Makes sense that they have Liberty Prime though. He was the Brotherhood's greatest weapon. After they took the capital wasteland they had no need for it there. The commonwealth was their next target so naturally they're going to assemble it there.

Also, as for that 4chan post earlier, it says you can upgrade SPECIAL. Is that true? And does it mean upgrade them all to 10 (even if long-winded to do), or that there are a couple of items/events/perks that may boost a stat by 1, like FO3s bobbleheads?

It's as simple as heading to your perk chart when you level up and clicking on one of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats (First row of the perk chart).

If you mean you want an upgrade for free, there's a hidden "You're S.P.E.C.I.A.L.!" book (Gives you 1 free point in any S.P.E.C.I.A.L stat) in Spoilers:[Sanctuary Hills in Shaun's room under a drawer]

I had to fight the deathclaw from up there on Survival. Literally used up like 90% of my total bullets killing that thing.

i appreciate that they don't anymore and just sort of feel like large dangerous enemies, and the matrons n stuff are the classic deathclaw experience

I played enough Fallout 1 and 2 to say no. Classic Deathclaws had a tendency to 1 shot me even in power armor in the original classic games.

Oh god, survival is so good when you go down. It literally took me about 20 minutes to kill him. He is scripted really interestingly, like if you go somewhere he cannot, he will run through alleys and hide. It provides this sense that he is a killing machine and he is trying to outsmart you.

You figure Bethesda would add it in since it was a popular mod with Fallout 3 and Skyrim and it became a popular mode in New Vegas. Guess Bethesda don't know what their fans want.

They added in some of its elements, like stimpaks healing over time.
Plus the game is much harder than previous ones in my experience.

most boss enemies do that
its a way to prevent you taking cheap shots from an area thats literally impossible for them to reach
