Fallout 5: Memphis is what I'm looking forward to. I mean really, pretty low population center, not of any real importance, full of stufftons of 50s bullstuff and a rare view into the post-Apocalyptic south.

Oh, also Fallout: Canada would be fun. Deathclaw Mooses would be fantastic.

yeah I think a Fallout game far away from any bombs would be awesome, but it'd probably be pretty civilized so I don't know where the game in that is.

In the Intro it was mentioned that during the resource wars the European Common wealth was reduced into small bickering quarrelling nation states fighting for the remaning resources and then when World War came again, most of the planet was reduced to cinders in two hours.
