My thoughts so far:

- The game is loving beautiful, I'm not even on Ultra because I'm honestly afraid to find out what my PC's limits are but it's still stunning
- This is going to seem stupid but the turning around animation for the player when you move the opposite direction you were going is pretty great
- Having Dogmeat around seems to forget up the pathing for a lot of NPCs (especially in smaller spaces), you'd think that since he's such a big selling point they'd have optimized that, I'll probably dismiss him now that I've got enough stuff that he's not saving my life every 5 minutes anymore
- The UI is pretty bad, it's painfully obvious it was created for console and just remapped to keyboard keys, fortunately that's one of the easiest things to modify
- The sounds and effects for energy weapons are perfect
- If you need me I'll be customizing weapons and building settlements until the end of time

How come the game has a 4.9 user score on metacritic? Is the port really bad or something?

im crying 4 real rite now

When I first saw Codsworth's reaction to your return in the trailer I assumed he just didn't know about the war because he was a robot, but the reality is much worse

Edit: Oh hey there's achievement now, I was worried there wouldn't be any

People are saying the UI feels like it was made for consoles and that all of the controls were simply remapped.

I'm not buying Fallout 4 until a couple months pass now, this is a big let down for me. I'm waiting for the modders to fix what Bethesda didn't put in their game.

I've decided I'll wait a few months before getting this. What should I buy instead, Witcher 3 or Phantom Pain?

Both, but Phantom Pain would be my first bet.

;
Witcher 3 overall. Phantom Pain is a bit unfinished.

it really depends if you like either shootbangs or swordswings, though.

I am finally forgetin' home, let's Fallout all over this stuff.

holy stuff beautiful game. it's like im watching a story instead of playing a video game. the UI makes my brain hurt tho. and why do i have 5 10mm pistols and an hour into the game but have not seen a merchant?

brother enjoy that 30 fps because the game is tied to it.
