So, in my time in Fallout 4 sofar, I have discovered some things about everyone's love to hate reptile.

The Deathclaw.

From what I've discovered, Deathclaws from the Capital, Kansas, Texas (yes, I am referencing the one fallout game everyone seems to hate), Nevada, and California, all seem to be more.. adapted to their environment.

Fo1/2's Deathclaws were not gigantic, sluggish, but deadly. They blended into the sandy terrain well. making them.. what what I assume, Ambush hunters.
Tactics' deathclaws were when they got fast, and.. hairy. They were more like wolves, and more bipedal. Almost human.
Fo3/NV's Deathclaws were more or less a hybrid. Being more like their Californian cousins, and less like the Kansas furry deathclaws. They could leap far distances and had more agility. Like a therozinosaurus had a baby with a tyrannosaurus (which technicly could be possible back in the mezo, which Tyranno and Thero were realitives). They were more diverse in 3 and NV. Having a legendary, ones in the divide, and a giant pack with mothers. (and alphas)
Brotherhood of steel... Take 1/2's deathclaws, make them bigger, spike-ier, and with maybe some camo and shocking electricity and well.. that's it. Oh, and they had a absolutely gigantic elder. (Damn it Vault-Tec!)

And now, we arrive to four. Deathclaws are larger, stronger, and much more terrifying to spot out in the open without power armor on. They have grown to be larger than 1/2/3/nv's deathclaws (excluding the legendary deathclaw from Fonv). They've grown a raptorial talon on their foot (like a velociraptor, or Utahraptor), However we don't know how they use that claw for. Could be like raptors, neck slices. Or perhaps gutting their prey. Who knows. They also do not share the more lizard like tounge of the others, as they have a more, snakelike, tounge. One that licks into the air to 'smell'. Four's deathclaws are more diverse in how they are. You can tell by either skin/scale pigmentation, or by their horns.

[Guide on Fo4 Deathclaw types]
[weakest]Regular - Dark grey, one of the smallest. Horn ends facing forward, close into head.
[weak]Savage - Slight yellow, slghtly larger. Horn tips curve up, like Bull horns. Missing a horn.
[slight tough]Albino - It's an albino regular, what do you expect.
[tough BECAUSE IT CAN loving CAMOFLAUGE]Chameleon - It's a regular that is in a different color. (Red, Green, Blue, etc.)
[HARD.]Glowing - IT'S loving RADIOACTIVE. HELP. NEED RADAWAY. RESEARCH GONE WRONG.
[HARDER]Alpha - Slight red pigment, Second largest. Horns curve up, and back. Like a ram slightly.
[HARDER-EST]Matriarch - Slight golden pigment, Largest. Horns curve outwards from head.
[You loving need a stuff ton of stimpacks, a gauss, a fatman, and cryo stuff.]Mythic - Looks exactly the same as the Regular, but bigger, badder, and will stuff on your day. Slightly greyer than regular.

EDIT: [GUIDE PART II]
Fallout 4's deathclaws do not travel in packs, but do be afraid still. As if you find one, there MAY be a competitor, or mate to that deathclaw.
For example, there will be territorial disputes between males. They will not stop until one is dead, everything around WILL DIE.

[TIPS AND TRICKSSSSSS]
-If you find a pristine deathclaw egg (it's in a place full of witchcraft) return it to lynn woods, do not get caps for it. Because you will surely have a bad time.
-Try to cripple the legs of deathclaws, they lose their speed and cannot attack you quickly and overwhelm you.
-Bring explosives with you everywhere.
-Laser weapons will not affect a deathclaw as much as something like 'Ashbringer' (A unique Gatling gun.), or 'Big Boy' with Experimental MIRV mod. (That stuff is so OP.)
-Cryo weapons will help you attack a deathclaw, or help you escape. So if you see a Cryo weapon for sale, TAKE IT.

[Recommended Equip for fighting a deathclaw]
Power Armor [T-45 and up.]
or
Heavy armor, and a hiding place.

Fatman
minigun
Cryo Mine, grenade
Grenades
Gauss rifle
Missile Launcher (3 or 4 barrel)
A companion of your choice.

I hope this was helpful to anyone.

P.S. Need Rad-Away.

How the hell would you have 155 hours in Fallout 4?

Do you leave the game running over night or some stuff? That's not normal dude

christ I installed that ONE mod that shows full dialog choices and now my game suddenly won't run for more than a half hour

Strange, I've got that mod as well as a few others and I haven't even crashed once since launch.

the worst part is if I try to remove the mod the game just immediately crashes when I try to load the save

See if you can start a new game. It'll tell you whether it's ruining your saves or the mod was uninstalled incorrectly.
