is he really? i'm a big fan of this guns for New Vegas so I'm probably going to be getting them for 4 also, but what about him was bad?

Its not locked to 30 on PC. So there's always that.

Only thing I have heard is that the UI can be a little bit confusing for PC players, compared to console.
But the only example of that I know of, is that in the Perk Chart you have to bring the mouse to the bottom of the screen to go down, rather than any button to scroll (which is actually how the console does it too, so I don't know why they did it that way for the PC).

I'm pretty confident my computer can do it. BF4 runs perfectly on max settings, and so does Space Engineers which apparently a lot of people seem to have issues with because of a recent update

Literally no problems at 60fps. I heard there are some speed ups at 120-144, but they weren't crazy.

I think I'm going to start yet another character, I want to see how well 10 charisma & 10 luck works out, pacify as many people as I can and kill the rest with ricochet

It'll also be nice to have companions around again too, I ignored them all with my last character because I went stealth, sneaking around with the Deliverer is hilariously overpowered

You're the complete opposite of me. I dread the day that I'll get bored of my current character and want to switch over to a new one. :P

Pacify does not work quite like I expected

It's going to take a lot of getting used to, mostly not thinking the crosshair is just me looking at my companion and not immediately shooting people I pacify because I automatically assume the attempt will fail

I didn't want to stop playing my first character, everything was so nice and perfect and I didn't want to start all over again

he spends a lot of time looking down on other people and seems to have a bloated ego because bethesda doesn't make textures like his, which are Vastly Superior

also especially now he's super brown town about realism and not stylization, which doesnt sit well with fallout 4's style

As one who has personally exchanged words with Millenia, yes he is the biggest starfish i've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not to say the quality of his work is bad but if there is one thing that isn't high quality is his ego.

i can tell you right now first hand that putting a gun mod into circulation in a community of preteens and actually-teens is a 100% effective way to ruin any realistic image of yourself

are you talking about the t-51b power armor, that was in both fallout 3 and new vegas?
