Skynet in Fallout 2 loveually identifies as a woman.

I have a fat man that launches 12 mininukes at a time and I use it to hunt queens for my breakfast
a big boy you mean?

it's kinda irritating that it fires the way it does though. like it goes forward for a bit and then straight down
and you can't control the distance. and it is REALLY CLOSE
I wish it would just fire it like normal, but with 12 projectiles

I'd rather have the NV fatman + ammo types over Fallout 4's fatman that can apparently launch 12 individual nukes on a single launch track.

Ammo types were such a great mechanic

I'd rather have fun

It's weird it's like meant to disassemble above the target and then like, rain down, which makes a bit of sense so you're not just shotgunning 6 nukes out of your catapult. Once you get used to the arming distance it's easy but I only ever use it for behemoths and mirelurk queens

well, I don't mean it's hard to use, I'm sure it's very effective at killing things that distance away. but I would like to shoot it off into the distance so I can watch it

Yeah, me and my brother were disappointed when we couldn't shoot Mama Murphy in Sanctuary from his tower in Red Rocket.

So I'm playing Wasteland 2. Not only is it heavily similar to Fallout 1 and 2, they also did synths before Fallout 4 had the chance to do it lol.

Wasteland 2 even has their own version of the Brotherhood.

Lord tony you know Fallout is the spiritual successor to the Wasteland games right?

It's almost like they have the same developer!

I'm aware. That was until Fallout became a Bethesda IP.

Fallout 1 being the spiritual successor to Wasteland. Now Wasteland 2 is a spiritual successor to Fallout 2.

make a wasteland thread and talk about it there
