Dang I can't find anymore actual side quests, just those "go here, kill that" or "go here, find this" which only served me well at low levels. I can't get mods cause I'm on console. I did a stealth play through and it was pretty fun until I beat all of the side quests. I also have a nice settlement and weapons.

Is there anything else to do that might get me back to this game? I'm having more fun in GTA 5 and other games.

Everything but the graphics card seems to meet the minimum requirements.
The graphics card's name is AMD Radeon HD 5570, the minimum requirement is AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent.

My specs are about a step above the minimum and it runs like garbage. You could probably go look for mods that lower the graphics settings below what you can set on the launcher but you're still going to get pretty gnar FPS drops at the most inconvenient times, mainly indoors.
