Yes, Dolphin has native support for it. As such, it is lagless. You could also use x360ce and vJoy to basically play any game using the adapters, with a bit of setup.

i was netplaying with a friend of mine (sort of new) and was beating him pretty decently

i was going for his last stock with a classic upthrow rest, but the netplay lag got the best of me and i attempted to jump before the throw animation was over

he thought it was disrespect and quit :(
