A way where you can put two ogg files for each ear and put them on each corresponding speaker.
It would be a way to play stereo ogg files in servers.
Obviously it can't be a single brick and would play across the entire server.
Maybe make it work with music vote?
Definitely make it admin only.

i dont have any sounds.
