See I'd suggest doing as many push ups as you can every day, and as that gets easier, do more. From there I'd follow the advice of anyone else here.

work on your diet also. iirc you said before you drank soda like it were water which really isn't good for you at all. not being able to carry something heavy more than 10 feet would suggest a bit more than just being out of shape.

10 pound dumbbells aren't gonna get you very far. you need to lift something heavier.

Eat better and bike ride. I lost 30 pounds that way.

Couch to 5k/10k. Gets the ball rolling and helps you develop the habit of exercising regularly.
i can't run the track around a football field without stopping constantly because of pains under my ribs, most painful when i breathe. it hurts to run when it happens.
It's a month-long program. At the beginning you walk way more than you run, each day you run a slightly larger parter of the 5k until at the end of the program you run the entire 5k. The mobile app manages the run and keeps tabs. It was p much designed for cases like yours.

there's also those pains when i walk for a long period of time, except it happens left or right in the side of my abs.

Those are known as cramps. They can be eliminated if you walk everyday. I used to not be able to bike up a hill, now I'm capable of (I should be able to) going 8+ miles on a bike trip without a stop.
