It's pretty impressive, but it can be really inconsistent at times. That video is an amalgamation of the best bhop plays of approx ~1000 hours of gameplay- phoon took the best parts of those 1000 hours and compiled them into that video. Not to disparage his skill, but at competitive LANs he played at later on he didn't perform as perfectly as the video may lead some people to believe.

He's still a good player though.

It totally makes it seem like he can just bhop completely consistently (what with all the mfs crying about how he is bhopping everywhere, he'd haev to do it more than once per match)

You have to have your crosshair on the enemy while barely moving AND burst firing. I don't care if you're right in front of the enemy. If you hold down the trigger the bullets will spray everywhere despite the fact you're aimed right at the guy standing directly in front of him. I unloaded a mag in a guys back and he laughed at me and turned around and shot me with one bullet in the face and I'm dead. Oh and don't even get me started on the amount of headshots this game gives away. The hitboxes are also very mediocre.

lern 2 stand still while shooting. if you're spraying at someone right next to you and you can't kill them, you're obviously doing something wrong.
