"fun" is completely subjective. i find undertale fun. i find genocide fun. it's fun for me to explore and experience an awesome universe and see how the world changes from the decisions you make. it's the blending of mechanics and narrative that makes undertale so compelling. i also like mastering something mechanically difficult, which undertale definitely provides. i just happen to be the kind of player that fits really well into what undertale puts forward. there's nothing wrong with calling undertale fun; if you enjoy playing it, you're having fun. if you don't, you aren't. i'm not the kind of player that likes high-suspense games because they just stress me out. it's not fun to me. but obviously there are a lot of people that enjoy that kind of experience, otherwise we wouldn't see such success in horror entertainment. that's not to say you can't have complaints, cus that just means you have a better understanding of what you actually want in a game. there's never going to be a game that appeals to everyone.
