Took too long to seal the deal. You're most likely friendzoned by now.

i literally don't smell like anything. i don't put on cologne only deodorant because i generally don't stink
You should try cologne. It is a perfume. It is not intended to mask the smell of body odour.

That is the job of deodorant. It literally de-odours.
Deodorant also doesn't tackle the root problem, being dirty and/or sweating.

Shower with soaps and shampoo regularly (do shampoo as hair can get very smelly).
Wear anti-perspirants in place of deodorant. These lessen your sweating, possibly completely preventing it. They can also have a milder smell than deodorants. Womens antiperspirant in particular tends to be much less powerful in smell.

This gives you a nice clean base for cologne. You only need a small dab or spray onto your wrist. You then rub your wrists together, and then use those to rub your neck.
Now you have a pleasant yet noticable smell, and you haven't used a lot of cologne.

If you take a shower regularly you won't need cologne.

Cologne is supposed to just make you smell nice, not mask a scent. If you're using it to mask a scent then you're probably doing it wrong

With that said I really don't like guys who use cologne personally just because they always use way too much cologne

It's not 1920 anymore. Cologne is about as much of a turn off as a fedora now. I don't know any woman out there that likes cologne. They hate cologne as much as I hate perfume.

My old walmart department manager had so much cologne he smelled like stuff and you could smell him 3 aisles away.

this thread got heated while I was a sleep jesus christ I'm laughing so hard

What a load of nonsense

Only hipsters or old people still use cologne or perfume.

If you're an ugly guy wearing too much cologne, women are going to respond accordingly

i sit there changing in the locker room and can hear how long people are spraying that axe stuff (if you even want to call that cologne). sometimes i hear it for a good 10 - 15 seconds.

Axe/Lynx is not a cologne. It is a deodorant.

Colognes are a liquid perfume, not an aerosol.

i have this $50 stuff my dad gave to me and it smells really good but i don't want to use it.
