Just a smidge, on the wrists and neck. Enough to be noticable but not overpowering.
If you like it, use it. Maybe not everyday, but if you go somewhere nice or are meeting people.
With the right amount of use a decent sized bottle should last you a year. Which makes it a great gift for birthdays/christmas.

It's not 1920 anymore. Cologne is about as much of a turn off as a fedora now. I don't know any woman out there that likes cologne. They hate cologne as much as I hate perfume.
