OP I know your probably ignoring all the posts that say to beat him up but honestly.

Your going to have to do it if you want this stuff to stop.

I have been there and dealt with this stuff, the only way to stop it is by taking the 2 or 4 day suspension for beating the stuff out of him, and even if you don't get far, it will still show him your tired of his stuff and the fight will let the teacher or whoever the hell is in charge know something is going on and it needs to stop.

This is the only way they learn, they always do nothing until the incident becomes a big thing then they say something like "Oh no how could this have happened?"

Before you do it make sure you have some friends backing you up on this, and get a form of proof to show that he pushed you to do this stuff, because its most likely possible after you beat the stuff out of him, he's going to play victim and try and make you the bad guy.

I hate these types of kids, i had this one starfish who was a junior in a freshman Spanish class and he had nothing better to do than pick on me.  I eventually ignored him and he went away, but i learned that his dad is this rich starfish and his mom is insane mentally.  So you should just stand up for yourself and tell him off.  These usually work:
"At least my mom will fix your sorry ass up when i kick your ass"
"At least my dad did something good in his life"
