I think T4 Sabotage has most chance to get a forma each time as long as you get, like, everything.

But talking about that. Since T4 Sabotages are pretty easy runs just need to go for the caches:
-Buy T4 sabotage key for 5 plat
-Take part in a 4-man T4 keyshare
-Get a total of 16 possible prime stuff (around 10 considering credits and formas aquired)
-Sell prime stuff for much more than the 5 plat
-Repeat
-Infinite platinum and formas?
